The Jan. 24 article profiles Rachel Hundley, holding the sign in the photo, and her path to the city's top elected office. Interviewed by the Post, SOS Director Kathy King lauded 

Hundley's support for proposed overnight parking spaces for the homeless at SOS. “Rachel stood up for us. She read the material, she did the homework so when she asked questions they were good and then she spoke for [the homeless].This is a very rich city, let’s face it, it wasn’t a popular thing to do, but she did it.” Read the article.

The Haven is a 10-bed home

that serves low-income adult

men, women and families who

lack stable housing.
